As if the Lewis children hadn't gotten their fill of trucks lately....Jacqie saw a Public Works Day/Fair and insisted they attend despite the packed day it was. Not just because it was public works and she felt some longing to be a part of it, but because it looked like fun. But what an event! They again had trucks - all public works vehicles -
on display for them to climb into and "drive" and blow horns. Free ice cream, soda, water, cake, popcorn, face painting and multiple other "free stuff." The best part is, Jacqie found out the city is ordering rain barrels in bulk for at cost! She's been eyeing them for months now in special order magazines - what a thrill!

Your so good to take your little ones so many places. I have to admit its so much easier when they get older, though they aren't as interested in trucks. Tiffany
