HOI (Heart of Illinois) News was present at the recent neighborhood Night Out against crime as well as the Lewis family. Taylor was sure that it was all just a ploy and didn't get too excited about it. Besides, the Lewis family's antanae apparently saw a little too much water (it was an indoor set of bunny ears put outside for better reception for the Olympics) and no longer works. Friends at church said that Benjamin, Abie and Jacqie were all on the news that night...... And they couldn't even see it. What good is it to be on tv if you don't get to see it?
Followup: Yes, the local news does have a website and Jacqie did get on and see what she could find. But only an "article" could be found, no video. So she emailed them asking if she could find it on the website or if were possible to view somehow.....no response - good ol' news people, too busy to answer to the locals!
Followup: Oh, we can go to a service that provides copies of news videos and pay $42 + shipping fees etc. Right! For a maybe 20-30 sec clip? Maybe we should get into that business....
